Vertical Scroll Bar Issue with an embedded view Ver 8

When viewing the categorized embedded view with IE, we're having strange vertical scroll bar behavior.

If you click the top or bottom arrow on the bar the documents for that category display correctly.

But if you "suddenly" use the "dragable thumb".. and go to the bottom of the category, the embedded view freaks out and gives me categories that I don't want to see ..

(those are categories I don't want to see just happen to be at the bottom of the view if you didn't ask for just one category)

Has anybody see that?
